I hope you liked the previous shoutout last month, because here’s another one. This time it’s Valiant Warrior Astrid by DynamiteRedGames. Normally I steer clear of RPG Maker games, because it happens quite regularly that there isn’t much ‘gameplay’ to speak of in RPG Maker games (lots of running around and talking to stock sprites). Valiant Warrior Astrid actually contains RPG elements, in addition to being a very fine corruption game.
You play as the titular Astrid, a hot tomboy who wants to be a warrior and rid the world of evil. Of course she ends up in all kinds of sexy situations (some of them very creative, involving magic) and slowly starts to do things she never dared to imagine.
Valiant Warrior Astrid is on my very short list of RPG Maker games I play, because Astrid is a total hottie and I really dig the corruption of her. As is often the case with these games, the female MC is very naive (sometimes past the point of dimwitted), but at least Astrid has the choice to be submissive or dominant in a lot of situations. The game has some issues with balancing, being a bit grindy in the sections at the warrior’s academy, but luckily you can cheat your way out it if you want to.
