Complaints/Content Removal Policy

If you have issue with or have been depicted improperly in content found on perverteer.com, and you would like to appeal for its removal, please send an email at info@perverteer.com with the following information:

1. Please provide as much identifying information about the reported content as possible, including but not limited to:

  • URL of the Content you are Reporting
  • First and last legal name
  • Your email address
  • If applicable, have you ever agreed to the distribution of this content?
  • Identifying information about the content and/or user that is responsible for the reported content.
  • A short description detailing your problem with the reported content.
  • The exact date and time you encountered the reported content on the website.

2. Please provide any other information that may be helpful for us.

Content Removal Procedure

  1. Report Any user can report content they believe illegal or in violation our policies by contacting info@perverteer.com
  2. Review: The complaint will be reviewed by us within 7 days, time in which we will assess the content against our removal criteria and make a decision. If the content is deemed illegal or violates our policies, we will remove the offending material.
  3. Resolution: After a decision has been made, you will be informed of the outcome
  4. Appeal: Users who believe their content was wrongfully removed can appeal the decision by contacting info@perverteer.com, referencing your original complaint
  5. Repeat Offenders: In case one of our users repeatedly violate our content policies they may face additional actions, including temporary or permanent account suspension.
