Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription fees are refundable and handled on a case-by-case basis by our payment processor’s consumer support department. You may cancel your ongoing membership at any time through your account.

As no physical products are sold on perverteer.com, shipping payments, shipping refunds and a shipping policy are not applicable.

If you need any assistance accessing, downloading or running the membership content, please reach out to us and we’ll help you as soon as we can. Likewise, if you need additional help with a cancelation or feel that we are not abiding by this policy, you should contact us immediately.
